Dog Sunflower Biscuits Recipe
- 2 C. Flour
- 1/3 C. Oatmeal
- ½ C. Shelled Sunflower Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil
- ½ C. Chicken Broth
- 2 Whole Eggs—mixed with ¼ C. milk
- 1 Whole Egg—beaten
- 2 Tsp. Fresh Mint (natural breath freshener)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oatmeal and seeds. Add oil, chicken broth and egg and milk mixture.
Let rest for 30 minutes. Then, pour onto floured surface and roll out until ¼” thick. Use your choice of cookie cutter and brush with the beaten egg for a nice glow. Bake 30 min. until golden. Dog Biscuit Receipe. In a medium bowl, stir together the whole wheat flour, powdered milk, garlic powder, wheat germ and beef bouillon granules. Stir in the bacon grease and egg. Add ice water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough is wet enough to stick together. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutters. Place biscuits 1 inch apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Your dog will love this treat and so will you because it is all natural and contains no chemicals. I love making my dog these treats and he loves them too!
